CLĮR 3-Phase Electricity
The newly extended CLĮR Programme can 100% fund the cost of the customer contribution to the ESB for conversion or installation of three-phase electricity for both existing and new start up small businesses/enterprises in CLĮR areas subject to certain limits. Certain electoral areas (DEDs) of Meath are in the CLAR Programme area.
If you are a business wishing to upgrade to Three Phase Electricity you may be eligible for CLAR Financial Assistance. The Meath Enterprise Board can assist you to process your application. Please review the following details to see if you are eligible or contact the Meath Enterprise Board for further information:

In order to process an application you have to get the ESB to provide you with a written quote for the conversion. Installation of Single Phase Costs are not eligible. You forward your form ESB1, along with the ESB Quotation/Job Offer (SIGNED), the DED Identification Form, Signed & Stamped, and your current Tax Clearance Certificate to us which we will then evaluate/process and send on your behalf to the Department of Agriculture.
