To teach you how to register as a seller on eBay.ie, how to list an item for sale and show you all the steps involved in this process. You will leave with an in-depth knowledge of how to set up a ‘Selling Account’ together with the tactics you will need to employ to get your item onto eBay.ie.
Selling your products or services on eBay.ie will enable you to:
• Start selling online with very little investment
• Decide the pace at which you want to grow your online business
• Access an existing market of millions of online buyers worldwide
• Benefit from additional promotion of the items you are selling by using alternative sales channels. The workshop will conclude with a look at the after sale process, leaving feedback and a detailed look at PayPal payment options.

Course Objective: To help participants understand the cash flow cycle. The course deals with the implications of poor cash flow, keys to healthy cash flow and will provide cash flow management tools. The essential steps to effective credit control will also be covered including opening new accounts, the role of the credit controller, the debt collection process and the legal process.

Course Objective: This programme provides you with an understanding of key marketing principles so that you can develop communication plans to attract new customers. Focusing on profitable customers means that you will get a higher value from your sales activities and these profitable customers will help to sustain your business long term. The programme will also help you set realistic sales objectives and provide you with the selling skills to identify and present benefits of a solution that addresses the personal and business needs of your customer. The programme will also facilitate you in the development of your own Marketing Plan.
